The lifting handle is useful for placing the motorcycle on the mainstand, as well as a grab rail for a passenger to hold onto when riding two-up. As a prominent piece of brightwork on the motorcycle, the restorer will want the best quality lifting handle available. The chrome-plated lifting handle is made from tubular steel and has specific bends and tab placements for correct fitment to the 1965 BSA A50 and A65 models. The stays are mounted at the upper shock mounting carriers on the frame. The tabs are fitted to the tabs on the mudguard support. The seat and upper shock bolts are removed to access the mounting points for the lifting handle.
