*This is a clearance item and has a blemish on one manifold as shown in the photos. Sale on this item is final. WE’VE DONE OUR BEST TO DESCRIBE AND ILLUSTRATE ANY KNOWN DETAILS OF THIS ITEM. PLEASE REFER TO PHOTOS AND DESCRIPTION AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON THIS CLEARANCE ITEM! This set of cast aluminum manifolds is a reproduction of the Webco single to dual carburetor conversion kit popularized in the 1950s and 1960s, allowing the use of twin carburetors on a single carburetor cylinder head. The manifolds feature a bore of 26mm at the manifold to cylinder head junction and a 27mm bore at the carburetor mounting flange. The ports can be enlarged and ported for various carburetor bore diameters and flow characteristics. These manifolds are compatible with pre-unit and unit-construction B-range 650 and 750 twins, allowing for increased induction into the cylinder head when the appropriate porting and tuning is performed. The original single manifold is replaced with the two individual manifolds and carburetors, effectively turning the single carburetor cylinder head into a twin carburetor head. Attention must be paid to clearance with the air cleaners and throttle cable lengths. This conversion is recommended for experienced Triumph mechanics, as some fettling may be required to achieve correct fitment and engine performance.  NOTE, THESE COME PORT MATCHED FOR 26MM CARBS AND REQUIRE CAREFUL MODIFICATION TO FIT LARGER CARBURETTORS. PLEASE CONTACT US PRIOR TO PURCHASE IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF HOW TO DO SO. The product images shown are for illustrative purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the product received. Manufacturers occasionally make minor cosmetic changes to items, such as color, finish, label, or design. These changes do not impact the item’s function or compatibility. Please contact us if you have specific concerns regarding appearance.
